There are no agency discounts. All subscriptions are pre-paid in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Subscriptions begin with the closest possible issue, unless otherwise requested. Special issues, when they occur, are shipped to subscribers at no extra cost.

SHIPPING: U.S. subscribers receive the journals via third class mail, after the 15th of the month of issue. Canada, Mexico and all other countries receive the journal via airmail. Shipping is included in subscription price.

FREQUENCY: The American Journal of Dentistry is published six times a year in the months of February, April, June, August, October and December. Supplements may be published, and are included in the subscription price.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are accepted and the balance refunded.

INDEX: There is an index published in the December issue of each volume (year), at no extra charge.

CLAIMS: Issues will be replaced if claim is submitted within 3 months of issue date for U.S. subscribers and 4 months for international subscribers.

BACK ISSUES: Complete sets of Volumes 1-15 (1988-2002) are still available: (US: $565.00; Canada & Mexico: $595.00; all other countries: $675.00). Single back issues available at $20.00 to U.S., $24.00 to Canada and Mexico and $27.00 to all other countries.

*CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAM: Continuing Education Credits are available to registered subscribers upon completion of questions following selected articles. Credits are given through the University of Texas, Office of Continuing Dental Education.
